Even though we practice self-defense moves and we do practice some sparring drills, your child will not be "fighting" anyone or getting hurt. Of course there is always potential for injury with any sports activity, however, our instructors take great care to make sure everyone practices at their own pace without getting injured.

The leadership is great with kids. They all do an excellent job.They do a great job at teaching leadership and discipline.Our child has excelled in his listening and technique skills.I would recommend it to any one looking for a fun, structured sport.
My 12 year old tried out a class this past week. She enjoyed it so much, and I can already see more confidence in her. The instructors are phenomenal, and they explain concepts exactly where the student needs it. I couldn’t ask for better instructors. We definitely plan to keep going!
